This is just a note to let you know that we REALLY appreciate the way your technicians helped us last week while we were all working to get the office ready.

They kept their debris under control, made recycle trips to the cardboard dumpster(!), kept a positive attitude toward our guys working around them, and generally made it painless for all of us working with them in the space.

We assure you that is not always the 'norm' for vendors working for the Tenant in upfit projects.
